Marla spent her career in the staffing and executive recruiting industries working for national and international companies.  Her responsibilities included leadership in the delivery of strategic and operational human resources services. She has worked with major Fortune 1000 companies assisting them with their recruiting efforts.  Marla has been on the March of Dimes Walk America Board for eight years and was Chairperson for three years.  She is also involved in community organizations such the Chamber of Commerce – Economic Development committee, Women in Management. Additionally, Marla was nominated and completed the Georgia Economic Development Program.

She focuses on creating partnership relationships with both client companies and the candidates we provide to fill openings within those client companies.

David Becker - Nevada

David has spent over 26 years in Physician recruiting, Health Care and Health Services recruiting and began his recruiting career immediately after completing college in Illinois.

He has been recruiting Physicians of all specialties for hospitals, medical practices and clinics nationwide and has been hiring and training new healthcare recruiters and specialists, for over a decade.

Everyone is totally aware of the nationwide shortage of Physicians in all Specialty areas. At Stewart, Cooper & Coon, David's team focuses on finding the most qualified physicians and health service providers to fill client vacancies. Our approach to successfully placements is to analyze the health provider candidates for education, experience in that particular field, work fit, personal approach to patient care, their teamwork abilities and how they relate and approach to patient diagnosis and patient care, specifically one-on-one patient rapport.

Jeff Simmons has over 16 years of recruiting experience and has worked for such companies as E*Trade, SBC, Cingular Wireless, and Sony. He has held positions at the manager and director level for major companies. His recruiting strength lies in the following industries, telecommunications, electronics, medical device, IT, aerospace, banking and finance, sales, retail and start-ups. Jeff graduated from Morehead State University with a BA in Business Administration with emphasis in management. He later earned his SHRM – PHR – certification and has a strong human resources background.

Cheryl Coulter - Kentucky - 11 years experience recruiting in various industries such as IT Engineering and Manufacturing.

La Tanya Fisher - California - 7 years of progressive leadership and recruiting experience in the telecommunication and biotechnology industries.  Has recruited at all levels for Genentech Inc., Qualcomm, among others.

Jessica Jones - Jessica brings experience in all levels of sales recruiting across a wide variety of industries to Stewart Cooper & Coon. Having been in sales for almost two decades, Ms. Jones knows how to identify and place top quality sales candidates into desirable positions.

Ms. Jones has experience placing all levels of candidates. She is looking forward to expanding her placement experience by focusing on executive recruiting and believes Stewart Cooper & Coon offers her the resources and support she needs to serve her her clients and candidates well as they navigate the executive recruiting landscape.

Dana Noweder - is an experienced recruiter specializing in Information Technology, Aviation, Banking and Finance, Telecommunications and Manufacturing. She focuses oncreating strong relationships with both client corporations and candidates to ensure long-term satisfaction and compatibility for both. Dana holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois.

 

Brenda Richardson - Georgia - 10 years of recruiting, sales and human resources experience.  Has recruited in the Construction industry as well as Sales, Technicians and Engineers for Cingular Wireless.

Sally Harrison - New Jersey - Sally is a seasoned professional qualified by a twenty plus year track record in Executive Search, Executive Coaching, Career Transition Management and Leadership Development. An Executive Search Consultant, Sally has led and directed all aspects of search engagements from strategy development to candidate sourcing, selection, and assessment as well as negotiation and On-Boarding.

She has applied her skills across diverse industries and companies, from VC-based/emerging growth firms to Fortune 500 companies and large academic institutions.
